Beginner

By the end of this lesson, students will be able to:

  • [ ]  Define their brand in 3 words (luxury identity) and explain who they serve.

  • [ ]  Identify 5 “brand touchpoints” that create a luxury client experience (before, during, after service).

  • [ ]  Write a simple brand promise + client experience standard.

  • [ ]  Create a mini brand kit starter (tone, colors, vibe, service style) that stays consistent.

Branding is the experience—every time

Luxury is not the price tag. Luxury is the standard.

1) Build your brand foundation (simple)

Answer these:

Who do I serve? (busy professionals, moms, students, bridal, etc.)

What do I deliver? (clean structure, long wear, calm service)

What makes me different? (signature shapes, hygiene, education, vibe)

2) Your brand in 3 words (examples)

Clean • Calm • Luxury

Bold • Trendy • Confident

Healthy • Structured • Long-wear

3) Luxury touchpoints (before / during / after)

Before:

booking confirmation tone

pre-appointment expectations (arrival, late policy)

During:

clean setup + calm routine

comfort checks

consistent service flow

After:

aftercare script + rebooking recommendation

follow-up text template

4) Brand promise + standard (copy/paste framework)

Brand promise: “Every appointment you’ll receive .”

Standard: “I never compromise on  (clean tools, safe removal, structure, comfort).”

5) Luxury standard

Luxury branding looks like:

clean visuals

calm, confident communication

consistent results
