  • [ ]  Set realistic booking targets and track simple metrics (inquiries, bookings, rebooks).

  • [ ]  Create a launch offer strategy that protects luxury standards (no discount desperation).

  • [ ]  Write a daily action checklist to fill books consistently.

30 days to fill your books (simple, repeatable)

Your goal is consistency, not perfection.

1) The launch equation

Content + Proof + Clear booking link + Fast replies = bookings

2) Set your booking targets (beginner)

Pick one:

  • Target A: 5 bookings/week

  • Target B: 10 bookings/week

  • Target C: 15 bookings/week

Then track:

  • inquiries/week

  • bookings/week

  • rebooks/week

3) The weekly structure (4 weeks)

Week 1: Setup + proof

  • update booking link + policies

  • post 3 proof posts

  • create 3 DM scripts

Week 2: Consistency + referrals

  • post 4 times

  • ask for 5 reviews/testimonials

  • launch referral gratitude offer

Week 3: Conversion

  • post 4 times

  • story availability daily

  • follow up with inquiries within 2 hours (when possible)

Week 4: Retention

  • push rebooking rhythm (2–3 weeks)

  • aftercare content

  • book next month’s schedule before this month ends

4) Launch offers (luxury-safe)

Instead of discounting, offer value:

  • free upgrade (paraffin/hot towel)

  • free nail art on 2 nails

  • free cuticle oil sample with rebook

5) Daily action checklist (10–20 minutes)

  • post 1 story (availability or behind the scenes)

  • reply to DMs

  • comment on 10 local posts

  • post 1 piece of proof/education (as scheduled)

6) Luxury standard

Luxury launch looks like:

  • clean visuals

  • clear booking process

  • consistent tone

  • no messy discounting
