2) Scenario practice (examples)

Answer in 1–2 sentences each:

A client has lifting and green discoloration. What do you do?

A client reports burning under the lamp. What do you do?

A client admits they peel product off at home. How do you educate them?


3) Luxury standard

Luxury knowledge = calm, confident answers that protect safety and standards.
