Foot + skin assessment (service vs refer)
1) Look and ask
redness, swelling, pain
open areas, cracked skin
suspected infection or fungus (refer out)
2) When to modify
extra sensitivity → gentler exfoliation + shorter timing
very dry skin → more hydration + aftercare plan
3) Luxury standard
A luxury pedicure is comfortable and safe—never aggressive.
